Α)General Terms
The minimum age of the driver must be 21/18 for the bike.
We accept driving licences that have been published at least one year before the renting date. Only licences that have been published from state member of the European union and driving licences are been accepted.
The minimum duration of the rental is one day. Every additional hour be charged with 1/5 of the regural daily price.
Traffic lines that have been published as result of traffic violations during the rental period burden the renter’s expenses.
Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter.
The total rental price is about to be paid with the delivery of the car.
Taxes like V.A.T 19% are included in the price.
You are allowed to drive during the rental period only in the island of Kithira. Any transference out of the island is strictly forbitten .
The daily rental prices can be reduced for a long time rental.
Prices and terms can be changed anytime without warning.
Β) Insurance Coverage
Rental rades include the following coverage :
The rented car against death or bodily injuries to third part passengers of the rented car . Property damages to third part .
The insurance coverage is NOT VALID in case the driver is under drug or alcohol influence .
In case of off-road ( not a normal road ) accident , the car is not covered of any damages .
Collision Damage Waiver ( CDW ).
C)Third Part Insurances:
The customers are fully relieved from the responsibility of the damages to the company’s vehicle in case of accident . Glasses , mirror , tires , and underneath parts of the company’s car are also protected in any case of damage . The customer can choose between full cover ( CDW ) and cover ( CDW ) with 300,00e jointly liable .
Compensation to third part , passengers up to 500,00e .Coverage for damages for third part vehicles up to 100,000e .
Personal Accident Insurance ( PAI )
for death , total or partial disability , driver’s injury up to 17.600e .
Fire And Theft Protection.
D) Additional Free Services:
There is no additional charge for the extra driver . Baby seats for children till 2 years old or for older one’s in order to be seated higher.Available on request , free of charge . Delivery and collection from port , airport or hotel for free . We offer 24 hour a day road assistance in order to cover our vehicles needs . Our vehicles are new ones . However , in the unlikely possibility of damage or in case that our car can’t be driven because of an accident , our office will replace it to you with an other one .
